		<description>Must be nice. I like to think I've done a pretty good job for myself, but a c.v. or resume is just part of the deal. I'm about to jump in the job hunt, and I don't have a stellar blog (probably because I've been too busy with my nose to the non-stellar grindstone) or a bevy of references waiting to shower me in fawning praise. So I suppose it's Resume City for me. 

Don't get me wrong, the theory has merit, I just think in practice, for the majority of job hunters right now, it's not practical. Maybe one day we'll move past the resume to another way of communicating our experiences and qualifications to potential employers. We can dream...</description>
