It’s never easy to work in human resources.

It’s even more difficult to do HR in a time of coronavirus. How does HR communicate with transparency? How do we use our platform to benefit our workforce? When does it make sense to treat people like adults and humans? (It always makes sense.) How do we avoid mistakes?
