Hello to all the extraordinary individuals out there eager to make a meaningful impact on the world. (And hello to the lazy, tired, burned-out people out there. I see you, too.)

I’m currently wrapping up with my delightful late-summer coaching cohort. I am excited to announce that I’m accepting four new clients for the 4Q2023 session.

Have you considered coaching? Do you wonder if it’s a good fit?

I’d love to share a little about my work, who it benefits most, and my journey as a professional coach. Honestly, some people are a better fit than others.

Here’s how the whole thing works.

My Coaching Philosophy

I am deeply compassionate and empathetic, seeking to connect with clients on a personal and relatable level. My approach is grounded in practicality—I incorporate exercises and strategies that apply to real-world challenges. And I’m absolutely laser-focused on expanding your worldview and network. While I’m trained in meditation and mindfulness-based stress reduction, I’m not offering that to anyone. Mostly because I struggle to incorporate those principles into my own life!

Who Is an Ideal Fit?

My target client is a high-performing corporate professional experiencing roadblocks, reevaluating their role, and exploring ways to make a substantial impact—or contemplating a change. If you’re torn between two paths, I’m your coach. If you’re thinking about opting-out of your corporate job and going to work at Baskin Robbins or a bookstore, I feel you. Let’s talk about it — and potentially scoop ice cream together.

How to Begin Your Journey with Me

For those eager to explore executive coaching and this opportunity, the current investment is $3497 for eight transformative sessions. Please apply by emailing me at hello@letsfixwork.com detailing a bit about yourself and why you are seeking coaching. If we might be a good fit, we’ll delve deeper into the process.

A Glimpse into My Evolution as a Coach

I hate it when executive coaches are older people who once had manager-level jobs. I have several certifications, I’m focused on continuous learning, and I have a coach (and therapist) myself. I need to learn and grow, just like you.

In the past, my commitment to my clients’ journeys sometimes saw me rooting for them even more than they did for themselves. I wanted to smother them in care and support, offering a metaphorical hug or bowl of soup whenever they faced challenges. I’ve sent my fair share of cookies, cupcakes, and flowers to cheer my clients up when they feel blue.

While my passion for supporting my clients hasn’t waned, my approach has evolved. I now understand that the advocacy and support I offer within our sessions catalyze transformation, whether clients find immediate success or encounter struggles. I’m good enough as a coach that I don’t need to send boxes of goodies in the mail.

(Although my love language remains gifty. I still like to surprise and delight my clients—but within a budget.)

Let’s Embark on This Journey Together

Please reach out if you are ready to engage in a coaching experience that is down-to-earth, relatable, and steeped in real-world applicability. I look forward to hearing your stories, understanding your aspirations, and exploring the enriching journey we can undertake together.

With Love and Virtual Cupcakes,

Laurie
